Methods of Payment for Online Orders
You can purchase from our store 24hrs. a day using all the methods of payment below. These methods make it easy to purchase from us online with out having to call or email orders. The methods are as follows:
Credit card: Our online payment service will accept any major credit card. Information is sent through our payment provider's secure servers and we do not have access to any of your credit card information.
Internet Transfer: If you use online banking from Bermuda's banks, you can now pay by Internet Transfer payment. If you choose this option at checkout, you will be provided with all the necessary account information. Please refer to your order number when making transfer.
Cash or Check: If you do not feel safe using the secure methods shown above, you can use a cheque. Complete the form and mail it to us. After your cheque has cleared, we will deliver your KNEKT within 2 working days. You can also pay by cash at our office and take the KNEKT away with you. Please note that we do not have any credit card facilities at the office.
Stock
The KNEKT is carried in stock right here in Bermuda. No need to wait for a courier company or the Post Office to deliver from overseas.
Delivery Charges
All orders in the City of Hamilton are delivered free of charge within 1 - 2 business days. Outside the City, we charge $10 for delivery via the Bermuda Post Office.
Privacy Policy
We will not disclose to third parties any information obtained from you without your authorisation.
Hours of Operation
Our office is open from 10:00 am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday but our website is open 24hours a day so feel free to visit our online showroom at any time. We have the KNEKT in stock so you can see it working.
